Memberships are for one-year minimum. Your credit card on file will be charged monthly. Your annual membership will be automatically renewed at the same rate unless you provide two weeks notice by filling out the cancellation form either in house or under the membership forms online. If you relocate out of state before end of the year agreement, you will need to give a month’s notice to cancel your membership. We will provide a form for you to fill out and return.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24-hours notice to avoid being charged the full price of your missed treatments.

You can gift 2 passes a year to a friend or family member if you are unable to use your service for that month.

To ensure that our members receive the full benefits of their monthly services, we have a strict no rollover policy. Services included in your membership must be used within the calendar month they are allocated. Unused services do not roll over to the following month and cannot be transferred or carried over to future appointments. We encourage you to schedule your treatments in advance to maximize the value of your membership.
