All telehealth visits are conducted by Dr. Alan Cease, MD — our Medical Director and board-certified emergency medicine physician from UAB School of Medicine — or Allison Cease, CRNP, who brings 11 years of advanced clinical experience including 8 years in dermatology. Both are Alabama-licensed providers. You are always seen by a fully credentialed clinician, not a chatbot or unlicensed staff member.

Telehealth at Haus of Beauty covers two primary use cases: sick calls for acute illness ($50) and hormone therapy consultations and follow-ups ($85–$250). Prescriptions are sent directly to your pharmacy following your visit. Lab orders for hormone consultations are sent in advance and can be filed with your insurance.
